Ed Travis, SPHR
Ed Travis has been in the field of Human Resources for past 15 years and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Mr. Travis has held various HR positions throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area and has been responsible for HR Operations in multi-state locations including Missouri, Illinois, Texas & Oklahoma. Mr. Travis has dealt with all of the functional areas of Human Resources with an emphasis in the areas of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Job Readiness, Career Planning, Workplace Communications & Conflict Resolution. Mr. Travis is often called upon to lend his expertise via speaking engagements, group counseling sessions & one-on-one meetings to assist those in career transition with resume preparation and other employment related needs. Mr. Travis has worked in for profit and non-profit organizations and is familiar with the nuisances that are unique to issues that exist within both types of organizations. Mr. Travis is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.  

Shaune Scott,  MA,  LPC


Shaune Scott a St.Louis native, he is also well traveled and recently came back to his home town to share his knowledge to youth and families.   He is a man of faith, devoted father and husband. .  He received his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from University of St. Louis and his masters in Los Angeles Ca, in 2009 from Antioch University in Marriage Family Therapy. He is currently pursuing his licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

 Shaune is committed to helping families succeed by helping others discover purpose.  He enjoys working with youth, but has a dual role in finding cures for unhealthy marriages. 

Alphonso Ivy, MA, PLPC

Alphonso Ivy is a United States Naval veteran who has obtained cultural experiences from around the globe. He is an innovative thinker and entrepreneur who received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fontbonne University. He received his Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the 5th ranked University in the United States for counseling education (University of Missouri at St. Louis).  Alphonso has excelled in training regarding Systems Theory, Couples Therapy approaches, Group Therapy, CBT, Solutions Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. Such training has proven to be effective with challenges stemming from marital discord, PTSD, work place stress, ADHD, Depression and many other challenges that impede personal quality of life.   Alphonso Ivy has had ministerial training and experience being involved with those who have loved ones in palliative care, incarceration, hospitals and other critical junctures that signify potentially stressful life transitions.
